There was NOT much that we liked about Texas, in fact you could not pay me to go back. But there was one thing that we enjoyed, it was a little Mexican Restaurant named Rosa's! It was super cheap and it had the most AMAZING food ever. We loved loved loved Taco Tuesdays!! We still crave it all the time but I would rather be here in Utah, I can settle for Costa Vida or Cafe Rio! :)
